1. Agreement
These terms apply to business users and team members accessing Vinctura. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and related legal policies.
2. Business Accounts
The registering business is responsible for its users, permissions, and actions performed through its account.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and may not misuse platform features, security controls, or data access pathways.
4. Subscription and Billing
Plan access, trial behavior, billing cycles, and cancellation flow are governed by the billing policy and in-app billing settings.
5. Data and IP
Customer content remains customer-owned. Vinctura receives limited rights required to host, process, secure, and operate the platform.
6. AI Features
AI outputs are assistive only and can be incorrect. Users must validate results before business or legal reliance.
7. Suspension and Termination
Vinctura may suspend or restrict access for security, legal, or policy violations. Account termination does not waive unpaid obligations.
8. Liability and Warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vinctura limits indirect and consequential liability.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by South African law and dispute processes under applicable local jurisdiction.
