This policy explains how Vinctura (Pty) Ltd processes personal information when businesses use the Vinctura platform. Vinctura is designed for business users and teams operating in South Africa.

2. Information We Process

We may process account data (names, emails, roles), company profile details, billing records, audit/security logs, uploaded compliance documents, and product interaction data needed to operate the service.

3. Purpose and Lawful Processing

We process information to provide platform functionality, secure accounts, manage subscriptions, and improve service quality. Processing is performed for service delivery, contractual necessity, legitimate business operation, and legal compliance obligations where applicable.

4. Sharing and Operators

Vinctura uses selected service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, and AI processing. Data is shared only as required to deliver the platform and under confidentiality and security controls.

5. Cross-Border Processing

Some subprocessors may process information outside South Africa. Vinctura applies contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the data and service context.

6. Retention

7. Your Rights

Eligible data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, objection, and related rights under applicable law. Identity verification is required before actioning requests.
