1. Trial and Activation

Trial access and feature availability are defined per plan. Trial eligibility and conversion behavior may be updated with notice.

2. Billing Cycles

Subscriptions may be monthly or annual. Charges are created according to the selected cycle and active plan.

3. Cancellation

Turning off auto-renew stops future renewal creation while current period access remains active until period end.

4. Access and Records

Billing history and payment trace records are retained for operational and audit reasons. Card details are not stored by Vinctura.
